Our Impact

Measuring What Matters

We believe that accountability requires more than good intentions — it requires evidence. Every year, we rigorously evaluate our programs against clear outcomes, gathering data from participants, partners, and independent assessors. The results are shared openly with our community, our funders, and the public.

Program participants sharing their stories of transformation

Lives Transformed

Behind every statistic is a person, a family, a story. Here are just three of the thousands of stories that remind us why this work matters.

"I grew up in Rexdale and never thought university was for someone like me. The bursary from Clark Cawthra Coneybeare didn't just pay for my first year — it told me that someone believed in me. I graduated in 2023 with a degree in social work and now I volunteer with the Foundation myself."

Adaeze O. Bursary Recipient, 2019 — Social Worker, Toronto

"We arrived from Syria in 2021 with nothing. The Foundation connected us with language classes, helped my husband find employment training, and introduced our children to a community where they felt safe. Two years later, we have a home, my husband has a job, and our daughter was accepted to university."

Mariam K. Newcomer Integration Program Participant

"I am 78 years old and I live alone since my wife passed. The Senior Outreach volunteers visit me every week. They help me with things I can't do anymore, yes, but mostly they just sit with me and talk. I cannot tell you what that means. I have not felt forgotten since they started coming."
