2024 Annual Report: A Record Year of Community Impact

We are proud to share our 2024 Annual Report, which documents a landmark year of growth, impact, and community partnership for the Clark Cawthra Coneybeare Foundation. For the first time in our history, we served more than 5,200 individuals and families across all four of our core programs — a 23% increase from the previous year.

The report highlights the expansion of our Newcomer Integration Support Program into three additional Toronto neighbourhoods, the launch of a new digital component of our Senior Outreach Program, and the award of our highest-ever number of Youth Education Bursaries — 87 students in a single academic year.

"This past year demonstrated what is possible when a community invests in itself," said Board Chair Margaret Hollingsworth. "We are grateful to our participants, volunteers, staff, partners, and all those who believe in what we are building together."

The full 2024 Annual Report is available upon request through our office.

Senior Outreach Program Expands to Six New Neighbourhoods

We are proud to announce that our Senior Outreach Program has expanded to serve six additional neighbourhoods in Toronto's west end, including Swansea, Bloor West Village, The Junction, Runnymede, Baby Point, and Etobicoke South. The expansion brings our senior programming to over 12 distinct Toronto communities — our widest reach to date.

The expansion was made possible through a partnership with the City of Toronto's Age-Friendly City initiative and the support of local ward councillors who identified senior isolation as a priority issue in their communities.

New Partnership with Toronto Public Health

The Clark Cawthra Coneybeare Foundation has formalized a partnership with Toronto Public Health to co-deliver mental health literacy workshops in six community health centre locations across the city. The partnership, which runs through 2026, will bring evidence-based mental health education to over 1,500 residents annually.

This collaboration is part of our broader strategy to work alongside established public institutions to maximize reach and avoid duplication of services in the nonprofit sector.
